Teleconferencing sessions are held from the safety and convenience of your home. All you need is a phone, tablet or computer with video capabilities.
Please verify with your insurance provider whether you have coverage for either a CCPA Certified Counsellor (Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association), a master’s level therapist (Master of Education in Counselling Psychology) and/or a naturopath. If so, your sessions will be covered. Some insurance providers require a referral from a physician before covering counselling services. If this is the case with your provider then please ensure that you have acquired the necessary documentation before your first full session.
