Hypnotherapy uses a deep state of relaxation, during which suggestions are made to create beneficial changes to ideas or behaviours. During hypnotherapy, the mind is very receptive to new ideas and open to suggestions that encourage more sensible, balanced, or helpful attitudes toward reality.
Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be challenging. Our counsellors are here to help you and your partner improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen the relationship. We offer couples counselling and marriage therapy services.
Healing Journey NL has three master's students in counselling psychology who offer affordable counselling options for individuals who do not have insurance coverage.
